Can someone please tell me why I cannot access the online chat facility? i spent 2 hours last night on chat to sort out an upgrade. Was told the phone was in stock, then get an email saying it's out of stock. Cannot for the life of me, find the online chat facility and the "Contact us" page just takes you in one big loop....
"Can't find what you're looking for?"- click here and we will take you in one big circle and you'll eventually give up!
Can someone please help? i can't call O2 right now so need the chat facility to sort my problem out but it seems now that they have gotten me to sign up for an upgrade, they have removed it !

thanks but only the Aura chatbot thing pops up :(. I'll keep trying throughout the day for the chat. thanks for the help

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.
Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
