On 22nd August I spoke to O2 about leaving as I wished to swap to Virgin Media who were offering me bills for £5.99 per month for 5 Gigabytes of data. The O2 operator said that O2 could match this offer and I agreed to stay with 02. I am doing this because I am struggling to cover my expenses every month.
Please can you provide me with an email address so I can make a formal complaint about the treatment I have received from O2 to Ofcom.

OFCOM won't entertain a complaint from you @Fiona2402
You need to follow the O2 complaints process and if no resolution from that, you can escalate to the Ombudsman.
