Hi,
I never signed up for this, it was added to a package by virgin media they knew I never wanted as I was asked and said no.
later down the line I realise payments for O2 we’re coming out my bank. I charged back these via bank.
contacted O2 who said we can see it’s never been activated or used so we will wipe the balance of £124.
fast forward to now. I have two missed payments already contacted the Credit ref team and been told it will be removed and it hasn’t,
this has stop me buying my house as it made my lenders say no due to recent missed payments WHICH SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN AROUND AS I ASKED FOR THE ACCOUNT TO BE CLOSED ARE BALANCE WRITE OFF.

You will need to speak to Virgin and lodge a mis-selling complaint to them to get this sorted really, as all o2 get is a request from VM to issue the sim, so check your paperwork from Virgin as you should have acted within the 14days an VM would have recalculated your pricing with them...
