I have closed my account

O2 wants to refund me some money

I have received an email telling me to log into My O2 to provide bank details for the refund to be paid into.

BUT I cannot log into My O2 because I have closed the account, have no service and no alternate mobile number to receive the code to allow me to.

I cannot email O2 because as a strategy they have no email - apparently

I cannot use the online chat because I can't log in and it refuses to grant me access.

What the 'heck' am I meant to do?

Check if the web version of MyO2 is still available 

If not

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

There should be a web link at the bottom of the email to login online.
