I'm unable to chat online with O2 representative.
It says live chat offline(Please contact between 7am and 11pm) I'm not sure which timezone it is following. I'm presently in India on vacation and would like to change my phone contract from pay monthly to pay & go. My contract ends next month i.e. 5/6/2014.
Please help as I need to change my contract asap.

I'm not sure what's wrong. Not able to chat at all. I don't understand why the chat option is not available.
I've activated roaming. Call just gets disconnected when I dial that number without any error or message.

Yes, I'm able to call other numbers. I tried couple of numbers.
