After the 020 there should be another 8 digits ie 020 7xxxx xxxx. So if you have the correct amount of digits the call should connect?

Well the line is busy its engaged just got magnifying glass on product and they only open weekdays 11-00am to 1-00pm so will try again Monday if i remember .
