You need to call o2 on 0344 809 0202 from any phone or 202 from your o2 phone, they reopen in the Morning.

Check the MyO2 on the Web. If you have been placed on the new billing system it can be done from there

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
