Change of plan

I want to change to a minimum possibly payment but the only option is £30/month. How can I do it? Costumer services online isn't working.

Are you on a Custom plan tariff?

If not you can only change your tariff to a more expensive one

You could try these numbers

Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.

If you're on one of our Flexible tariffs you will be able to move your tariff lower or higher once every 30 days by logging into My O2 - Manage your account - view or change your tariff - change your tariff. This will display the tariff options available to you.
