hi, I need to change my email address as my old one got hacked into but i am unable to find out how to do these online? Can anyone help?

You can do this in your My02 or ask Customer Services if you get stuck.

It's under "My Details" in your My O2 .

I see it listed there but I think you need to contact customer service to actually change it?

It's under "change user name" which just changes your log in email address not your actual screen name.
