Hi all,
After some advice please as this was never menthioned when I got my Apple Watch.
I have just been told if I end my SIM contract (which is contract end this month) I cannot have a PAC code unless I pay off my Apple watch in full. If so, this was never made clear & is completely misselling watches !
There is no mention that you have to stay with O2 the duration of the Apple watch contract & continue to pay monthly for the watch. Is this correct? Unfortunately you cant match the offer I have for an upgrade, not even close. I have been offered a Iphone 16 pro 128GB. 50Gb data for £42 a month for 36 months (upgrade after 24) - you want £66!

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from the forum.
You need to contact Sales dept.
Message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255

It's clearly stated in the T&C's which you agreed to https://www.o2.co.uk/termsandconditions/mobile/watch-airtime-plan-terms
If you or O2 cancel the Paired iPhone Airtime Plan then your Watch Airtime Plan will be disconnected and, if applicable, you will also need to repay any Device Plans for your Apple Watch and Paired iPhone in full. You will receive debt collection letters for all relevant unpaid elements.
