Tried to get PAC code no response, tried to ring, no response. Cannot find anywhere on website to cancel. So put my new SIM in for cheaper company and changed my number, cancelled direct debit. I tried for 2 days to get a response from o2 now I am still trying to find out how to cancel.

@Wantingout Extremely easy to cancel without speaking to anyone: Cancelling your contract - An updated guide - O2 Community

You should not have cancelled your Direct Debit. It will affect your credit score when O2 tries to collect what's owed and they can't.

You need to speak to the Payment Management Team asap on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

@Wantingout

Transferring your number to another network cancels your O2 contract, so you've done it already.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
