Cancelling a contract

How do I cancel my contract?
It's come to an end, and when I click on 'leave 02' it says to contact us, but then there's no details of who or how to contact!
I'm in Australia and don't want to be charged a fortune to call them and be on hold for ages. Is there an email or 'chat' I can use

Obviously you need to be aware of the time difference, and also the fact that there are limits on the numbers of staff at the moment, so patience trying to get through will be needed.
