Cancelled but still getting charged?

Anonymous
Not applicable

On the 30th of last month I cancelled my contract with o2, she said I just had to pay £15 to cancel it and then that was it. So I paid that over the phone and now have been billed this week for another £16, my phone contract never used to be £31 anyway...can someone advise me why I have been further charged when I am no longer with o2 please

Steph

The final bill wasn't generated until you used the PAC on the new network so you couldn't have paid it all previously.
There will have been further days usage to be added up to the point the PAC was used.
But still, if overpaid, you will be refunded, so call CS to check http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

The additional monies will be for full and final settlement of your bill...

You can check everything via My O2....http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

Or contact CS to double check..

It sounds like it hasn't been cancelled so call CS immediately again.
They should refund you the extra charges.

Did you use your PAC to port your number to your new network? That would have cancelled your O2 contract and produced a final bill.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Please don't cancel any direct debit until after the final bill. O2 will refund any due amount into that account.
