Had a SIM card sent to me when I signed up for virgin broadband. I didn’t want the SIM card I feel as if the sale was forced on me. I haven’t activated the SIM card and now I have a £12 bill with the added £6 charge for a late payment. No number to speak to anyone as it’s all automated. You need to contact O2 to let them know you have changed your mind. This has to done within 14 days.
Give O2 a call on 0344 809 0202.
