Hello
I made a click and collect order 3 days ago and went into the store to collect the item but didn't have the required ID in which I was refused the item so I spoke to someone on the my02 app to cancel the order so I could re order for delivery instead, I was told it would be within 24 hours. So it's now been 3 days and 3 times of been told my order is in the progress of been cancelled.
I can't physically make another order until the current order is cancelled has anyone got any advice for me please?
Also I have spoken to 02 over the phone as well but still to no avail.

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (or specific Payment management number -0800 902 0217 )

I have spoken to someone from customer service and I was told they have sent a cancellation request and the order will be cancelled within 24 hours. I understand that times are tough still but after 3 days of been told the same thing it's quite frustrating

That is my thoughts exactly, I'm also thinking I should of had some sort of email or text regarding the nature of my issue but I haven't so I do feel like I'm being messed around
