I've followed the guide to try and cancel my o2 extra but when I click on 'extras', it just shows me which extras are available for me to buy. It doesn't show my existing extras. Please help

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
