Call history

Is there anyway of seeing my full call history? I have it on my iPhone for the ast month, but if I want to go back further I can’t seem to find it.

The bills only show what would have been billable calls and the number I am trying to find when I called is an 0800 one so doesn’t seem to show at all. Even for calls made that do show in my phone history on my last bill.

All outgoing calls should be shown in your previous billing history.

calls to 0800 numbers won't show on your O2 bill.

Not sure if there's some settings on the iPhone which only shows the most recent month, hopefully an iPhone user can advise.  I have a Samsung and can view back to Nov 17, so it looks like mine is set to 6 months.

Thanks - the bills won't show the calls to 0800 numbers though, as these are not displayed on bills,  and it's the date/time of a 0800 call that the OP is trying to find.

Hi, that’s right it’s the date/time of the calls I’m after, but they don’t show on the bills as they were never chargeable.

I guess you’re not going to find out then although mine shows me all non chargeable calls via the route I have you above.
