CPW Samsung buds offer honoured by O2?

will O2 honour the offer from car phone warehouse i got last week to receive galaxy buds in a few weeks time? Or will I have to cancel my contract (7 days in).

Samsung will accept the order details page from the "my orders" section of your account, just press on the order number to open the order details page.

You can press print order details at the bottom and then save as a PDF instead of printing and upload the PDF or a screen shot should do as well

It's a Samsung pre order offer, so as long as you pre ordered in the time frame you will be OK. https://www.samsung.com/uk/galaxys-preorder/

Thank you, I didn't think about that. Any idea how to get proof of purchase from a phone call to cpw on March 8th? No web chat and I only have until April 8th to send it in.
