I just purchased a bolt on for when I go away next week , and it says it expires on 2nd March, is this right I dont need it until 5th. Have tried to get in contact with 02 but they are an absolute nightmare to communicate with now.

Which bolt on? Where are you going?
If it was O2 Travel then it is free to add and you are only charged when used.
