This month I have payed for Netflix through my O2 account. I need this refunding and any future payments cancelling. I pay for Netflix through Netflix not O2

Then you need to speak to Netflix as they have passed the bill to o2 for your access to the Netflix Service. And get them to make sure it is billed to a payment card and not your o2 account.
o2 wont refund anything for you.
