hi my wife passed last year and both accounts were in her name even though they both came out of my account, this was in February 2024, I have just swapped the account to my name. Am I due a refund as the debt is in her name? I'm asking because Vodafone refunded me for the same reason but O2 are saying they don't do refunds

Refunds are dependant on account type and status.
