I have tried literally everything I can think of to get rid of a nuisance "premium" spam text company, and I KEEP GETTING TEXTS that I'm being billed £1.50/time for! I need rid of these parasites and I would really like rid of the bill!
They're already on my phone's blocklist (doesn't seem to work), I have texted "UNSUBSCRIBE" back to them at their own stupid billing rate (I want to take a flamethrower to whoever made that legal), and can anyone at O2 advise how to get rid of the £35/month they're costing me??? This is absolutely maddening!

Yes, isn't that lovely that this isn't customer service. I cannot find a way to contact customer service!
I can't find a phone number on the bloody website?
And when I try to use the "Our virtual assistant is here to answer your questions" option, it literally just punts me to these customer forums!
