Just thought i'd stop by to let you know about a chat message i just got. "From02: we were unable to process your last bill. To avoid suspension of your contract , please update billing information now.billo2contract.com"
If you receive a message like this one, ignore it, It's a scam.

we can confirm that O2 did not send this message and it is indeed a smishing text. Anyone who has received a fraudulent text message sent from ‘INFO’ please ignore it. If you’ve entered any information to the linked website then please contact Customer Service to reset your password and security question.
Please remember that O2 will never email or text anyone asking to verify personal or financial details.

ive just received the text, i did click onn the link but then decided to go to my proper o2 account just to see all was well , have these people nothing better to do!!
