I've just recently gone into my banking and checked my transactions. Its appeared with 3 transactions from o2. 1 for the monthly plan and 2 for my airtime bills. I'm unsure to why I'm being billed twice for the same transaction as I've been up to date on all my payments

@Aidin

It's happened to a few people.

You'll need to call customer service Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

Hi @Aidin

Do you have more than one line with O2? Usually the airtime bills come out as one but device plans come out seperatley. You can view a breakdown of your bills on the My O2 app. Guide: My O2 - Bills section Unfortunately i cannot look into this for you as we cannot access accounts on the community forum. To speak to someone about your bills you will needs to speak to customer services on 202.

Hope this helps

I have not been able to call from my mobile from my home for over 2 months which is apparently due to a problem 02 has with the mast near my home. Every 2 weeks I am being told I will be updated within a week or 2 weeks. When will this network problem be rectified?
As you can imagine this is causing me extreme difficulty during the lock down. I spoke to an advisor who reduced my airtime bill but I notice I have unexplicably been charged £19.38 airtime this month which is about £13 more than the previous bill. Why? When will this bill be rectified?
As I am working from home, I have had to make calls from my landline which I never used before and now have an additional bill for £60 for these calls I would have made on my mobile if it was working! Is 02 going to pay this bill?
I keep trying to speak with 02 customer services but am cut off every time before I can speak to a human being. I await your response.

You won't get a response from o2 on here @Anneb as this is a community of o2 customers.
Keep trying to call - all numbers we know of are below.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
