Have you been in contact with customer services was it a credit or a charge. i get adjustments in the form of credits on my bill if I get a reward on this community.
Best to call customer services and get an explination of the charge. http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Adjustments can also show when there is an increase in RPI and Airtime Tariff (Although this is usually done in April)
(When I get a reward from community mine is shown as 'Other charges and credits')

Just shows how differently we view bills @adamtemp64. :smileywink:....You are correct of course......I don't even look at that section....I view charges then go straight to the breakdown in PDF section...
What you are seeing is on the second page when you click on the part I highlighted here..?

NB: I just look...and as it's usually the same every month (being sim only)...I don't have any reason to delve deeper ...so that's why I just sweep onto PDF..:smileyhappy:

Also if you have changed tariff or upgraded you may see an adjustment.

An adjustment is simply a change, either up or down to your tariff.
If you weren't expecting a change you should call CS on 202 for clarification.
