I was chatting with one of your customer service member last Sunday, 4th of Feb regarding Other charges & adjustments on my bill for December 2023 and January 2024 where they confirmed that I will be refunded for these charges as Disney and Amazon Prime were included in my deal. So far I don't see any changes on my account nor I have been refunded for this even though it was confirmed that it will be done. Could
you please process this
