I can’t access my account to pay my bill

To prevent this you should pay be Direct Debit, and not by Debit / Credit card..

You will need to contact the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217 and they can take payment, and setup a Direct Debit.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
