I have just received a four digit pin from the above number.

Thanks

We know it is an O2 text number and is used when a purchase has been made. If you haven't added a new service or bought anything ...maybe it was sent to you in error..:smileywink:

or been to an O2 store? Sounds like a verification pin, used for security purposes to amend/order things on your account.

If you didn't request any services or changes you can safely ignore it however for peace of mind you could call CS to get them to check all is OK on your account

I would check your account to be on the safe side, we know O2 send a code when upgrading so it's as well to be aware.
