I upgraded from text and web to the above this afternoon using live chat and a guru. Everything gone fine and am now on the new tariff as My O2 App shows. However my Sony Xperia Z3 Compact phone still only shows H+ for mobile data and not 4G. I have obviously gone into 'Settings' and ticked in mobile networds 4G(preferred)/WCDMA/GSM etc. and then re-started my phone but nothing changed.

Another quick online chat suggested I remove and re-insert the SIM card but wasn't then sure whether the phone should be off or instandby etc.

Phone should always be off if you remove the sim but are you sure you are in a 4G area too?

As they say, in Sweden - Absolut. I'm in Bromley Borough South London and coverage checker showed strong signal indoors and out.

There maybe congestion on signal as you are in a big city, your phone will latch on to the strongest signal it can find which in your case is not 4G

It doesn't allow. I have only one of three options where 4G is implicated and that is as described above.

It just configures the settings for your particular handset to make sure they are correct....

You do have a 4G sim? If so it is likely that it's congestion. Try in other areas if you can get out and about.
