20% off airtime on Ultimate Volt package?

Hello.

 

I have 3 pay monthly contracts on my o2 acccount (so can get 20% on 2 of these as a multiple owner) - I have just taken out an Ultimate Volt package from Virgin Media / o2 so have another o2 SIM package. Am I able to claim the 20% off as a muliple user for this one as well or is is not applicable as it is a VM/o2 contract?

Yes you can if it is registered at the same address as your lead account.

Hi

I was in town today and popped into an o2 to ask - the guy said it the extra 20% can't be applied to Ulimnate Volt even if you have multiple other contracts on your package.

Hmm. An o2 bod has decided that this solution is solved (when clearly it isn't) - I'll have to ring Customer Services and see how long the wait is for.
