So I paid £20 to top up the £20 rolling data plan through clicking manage rolling plan and it went to pending so I asked my bank and it said to wait 5 days for the pending transaction to either cancel or go through and that was on the 7th december and it’s now 11th and still hasnt come back yet and I needed my data so I paid another £20 to top up through the top up button in the O2 app and its there in my balance however now my tariff went off and when i try to put it back on it keeps saying error or “You have attempted an action that is invalid against your current plan type.” when I have no plan? and when I try to add a plan it says Invalid Action? Please help!!

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here.
