MI5 to be honest the FB customer service is a disaster - waited 3 days for a response and then got a generic response as if they hadn't even read the message to them. Replied back to them again 3 days ago and still no response... now trying to call them again but the wait times on hold are also terrible and being abroad means get with the international call charges. Also noting the fact that this is now the 3rd time of calling them and the time i have used... overall this is a 1 out of 10 and would not be recommending o2. (Quick update now been on hold 45 minutes - what would be a simple but effect thing would be to at least let people know what the expected wait time is) Don't think they could get any worse if they tried.
