hi there, i have topped up my account with £10 but it wont let me select the £10 tarrif as it is asking me to pay again. please help

If you have topped-up Guide How to Top Up (PAYG) correctly, your balance will drop to zero based on the bundle you have active: £5, £10, £20, £30 etc
