I bought the bolt on data 18.03 on 31/May/2023, and I received the text confirming the data allowance.
Then I started using my data. However, today morning (01/Jun/2023), I received a message that my account was charged £2 for the daily data usage. And I can see there is more than 3GB data allowance in my account. Could you let me know why you charged my credit when there is data allowance in my account. Thank you.
