I topped up and recieved a text to say it was successful, but my balance still states zero. My tarriff is o2 Unlimited. Does anyone know what the problem may be. This has never happened before.

@Sue-A So your tariff is O2 unlimited? You aren't on a Big Bundle?
With Big Bundles, payment is exchanged for allowances. You need to call O2 on 4445, just to check whether they have changed your tariff without informing you @Sue-A

Thanks for the reply.
The balance changed this morning but took a long time to update and would not allow any calls to be made till I topped up again !! The tariff has not changed, I only use the phone when I come back to the UK ❤️ (with Covid has been a while). Not sure why this time it took so long to update as usually it is pretty much instant. Thanks again for your reply it was appreciated. 🙂
