Scam message or not

Hi l received a text message saying the following:

O2: Your bundle will be cancelled on 31/10/2021 as we could not verify a payment method. To avoid this, visit: <link removed>

Can you tell me if this is a scam as the money was taken from my credit days ago for my monthly payment and l don't want to follow their instructions if it is a scam. Thank you.

Firstly please remove the link (if you can use edit)

Do not use the link, it is a scam.  

If you need to check anything use official methods of communication

As @TallTrees says, it is a scam but to stop these people there are other things to be done

Block the number and report it free to 7726.
