SIM card

Hi, I just bought a pay as you go SIM card. £30 for 100GB. I just put it in my phone and nothing happened. I have connected to wifi to be log onto the o2 app to find out I have no credit or add on. Is this something that should have already been on the SIM card or they should have added on in the store?

Where did you buy the sim card from?  and how much did you pay for the sim card?

As sometimes you have to add the credit yourself which will either be with the sim card or on the receipt itself.
