Roaming bar on my account?

Can’t use my phone in the US. Can anyone confirm if there’s roaming bar on my account?

No one one this customer to customer forum can confirm anything,. 

However in the US you need 4G calling which is not available on PAYG, you also need to have credit on your phone, and lots of it..

Some things to try:
Check data roaming is on in phone settings.
Manually search for another network
Turn off 5g
Change your data APN to "mobile.o2.co.uk"
Check with O2 whether you have a roaming bar on your account. Do this via social media
If you message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help.

@Dom7 As an alternative, download WhatsApp, which you can use over a WiFi connection to call, text, or video call free to anyone anywhere in the world who also has the app.

You posted in PAYG. Most US networks require 4G Calling to make calls, that is not available on O2 PAYG.
