Retrieve phone number

Hi. I had a second number on my account. I tried but was unable to top up on the number and it has since been disconnected however it is linked to my apple account so I can no longer access all my photos and videos that have been uploaded.

You need to call customer services, but there is no guarantee they will be able to recover the number, the best way to do it is follow the apple ID recovery process, and change the mobile number linked to it via
