Hi, I've repeatedly tried topping up my O2 pay as you go account by my card, and every single time it is unsuccessful. Please guide me through this process.

Is it your first top up?
If so, you need to use a voucher from anywhere showing the mobile top up sign such as corner shops, post office, supermarkets etc.
