How do I cancel  Transaction ID [personal info removed]

I spoke to 02 and they said to contact paypal to cancel the payment as I no longer want the phone.

Contacting PayPal is the way to do it.

If you paid for the device via Paypal then you have to contact them to cancel the transaction..

The only other way is to send it back under the 14 day change of mind policy, though that is time consuming

The payment is showing as pending no money hasbeen taken.

If O2 don't claim the money it will automatically expire.

You can ring Paypal though and they will do it....
