Hello!

I will be out of the UK for 3 months and will not be using and this topping up my SIM. If I have an important call to make to a UK number in those three months (e.g. NHS) can I top up the SIM just for the one call rather than the whole month…I have been told I can but not informed about the process and the prices…could you please let me know?

Also I have been told that if I do not top up the SIM for 3 months the number will disconnect and I will lose my current offers and bundles…if I top up the SIM for one call in those 3 months will I still lose everything and have the number disconnected or does that count as a top-up?

Thank you

@Tina9

I don't know what tariff you're on so can't give an accurate answer, but if on a bundle, you will have to top up your normal minimum amount to make the call.

You sim will not be disconnected after just 3 months so whoever told you that was talking rubbish.
