Hi,

I have just cancelled my contract with BT Mobile, I have received my PAC code and would like to take a 12 month payg sim with O2 .

I have seen a deal on the main website- 10GB unlimited calls and texts for £10 a month, I tried using the online chat but they could not do anything for me ? , so tried calling this afternoon and still not getting through to speak to someone??!.

any suggestions or will move on to another provider, thanks.

Just order your sim from here https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/sim-cards/pay-as-you-go

Once it arrives, you need to port in your number.
