Hi all,

I received an email last week which provided me with an ability to break my airtime contract but continue to pay off my device contract, brilliant so agreed with online chat that would be the case, however when the text came through said I would be liable for the full remaining on the device plan if I cancelled the contract unless I spoke to someone on 202, and received no transcript of the conversation, did post chat record it with screen control on my phone. however would like reassurance that online chat is equivalent to talking to someone on 202?

Grateful for any assistance.

Chris

Quite frankly I would not trust the Chat Service.

We have been advised that payment Management are the best at sorting this.

You can get in touch with our Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217 who'll find a solution that's right for you. Payment Management opening hours: Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
