I have a new sim card, I have ported my number to use on a pay as you go temporarily. I haven't added credit but have now found a new contract. I want to transfer my number to new sim but get error message when I text 'pac' to 65075. Called customer service, was told they would text me the code but this hasn't happened. Please help

The easiest way would be to just top up but If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they may be able to help you with this.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

They wont help. They will ask for £10 for the PAC as the number is "not activated" even though it can receive calls so it obviously is activated. Harsh in these trying times.
