I recently topped up £10 into my account but for some reason it won’t activate and I can’t call or use any data. I’m so annoyed right now.

You will need to speak to o2 either call them on 4445 or 0344 809 0202 or If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
