Got one phone on O2 PAYG & happy with it.
I want my second phone on the same tarrif.
When I try to contact O2 on their phone line to ask about it, I get a engaged line...
When I start a 'Chat' 40 minutes later I give up.
What a sad operation.
They don't need/want my business by the look of it.

Saturday is the worst possible time and the busiest time with a long queue for customer service
. Best time to contact them is early morning around 8.30am.
