I ordered a 120GB data preloaded sim costing £50 from O2's online website shop. However to my surprise I received through the post a 12GB data preloaded sim which comes at a price of £40.
I have been trying for last 2 days to speak to someone at O2 to help me get the correct 120GB data sim on the pay you go helpline number 0344 8090222. However, the helpline agents appear to be completely clueless about preloaded data sims and what to with getting this issue resolved.
Has anyone had this type of issue before and is it better to just pop into an O2 store to get this dealt with?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

I would contact the sales team on 0800 081 0255, with your order reference, and they should be able to sort it better than Customer Services.
As it could be as simple as a picking error.

Not sure if any store could help with this @SDK
But as you've already tried calling it seems like it's worth a try.

As @madasaf1sh says, this could be a simple picking error. But have you been charged £40 or £50 ?

I paid £50 for each preloaded data sim when placing the order with O2 online shop.

I think that is a picking error ; you need to contact the sales team as suggested by, and using the 'phone number provided by @madasaf1sh above.
