Hello,
I got National Datbank SIM 1.5 months ago at O2 Store Wandsworth. Initial voucher worked but I never got another voucher to renew monthly pay as you go. I was told by O2 store staff it should have arrived on the day of renewal.
Called o2 customer service 2 times, spoke with 6 people - nobody knows anything about voucher.
What am I supposed to do?

You should get a 16 digit code via text message

Go back to the store as they may not have registered you properly.
