It will be unlocked but you need to buy a £10 topup to get it as well, to get it for £19.00

You can not buy it without a new sim and topup

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

You only need to choose a sim tariff if ordering online.

You only have to buy a top up if buying in store.
